Colleen Mulholland
With more than 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit and non-profit sectors, Colleen has earned a reputation as a trusted and respected leader. With successes in the research, technology, economic development and healthcare sectors, Colleen brings a wealth of leadership and management experience to the role of Executive Director at the Burlington Community Foundation. Most recently, Colleen held the positions of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Vice President, Marketing and Communications at the Canadian Diabetes Association. Previous to these roles, Colleen held senior executive positions with the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Centres of Excellence. As a long standing resident of Burlington, Colleen shares our passion for building a sustainable and healthy future for our community.

Sandra Baker
With over twenty-five years of experience in the not-for-profit and non-profit sectors in the capacity of fundraising and marketing communications, Sandra brings a wealth of experience to the role of Manager, Development & Community Engagement. For the past four years Sandra held the position of Director, Development & Marketing at the Burlington Art Centre, and prior to this role she held management positions with a number of high profile organizations including the Royal Winnipeg Ballet and the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony. Sandra shares our passion of ensuring Burlington remains a vital, thriving community for years to come. Please join us in welcoming Sandra to the Burlington Community Foundation.

Laura Pizzacalla
Laura has an honours bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McMaster University. After graduating she held the position of marketing coordinator at ISA – Intelligent Sensing Anywhere, in Portugal. She now brings her knowledge and experience to her role as Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator at the Burlington Community Foundation.
