GRANT APPLICATIONGrant Application Process
All grant applications must be submitted no later then 4:00pm, Wednesday, January 10, 2009 . Please ensure you follow the steps below when preparing a grant application.

1. Before submitting a grant application a letter of intent must be submitted and approved. Visit LETTER OF INTENT if this step has not yet been taken. All applicants invited to submit a grant application will notified by Monday, December 1, 2008.
2. Complete the downloaded Grant Application Form, using only the space provided.
3. Please ensure that your grant application included the following;
- A list of current Board members and Officers, including their addresses, telephone numbers and positions. - A copy of your most recent audited financial statements. - A copy of your current annual budget and your most recent monthly / quarterly operating statement. - A copy of documentation confirming incorporation, if applicable. - A copy of documentation confirming charitable registration status. - A copy of your latest Annual Report and / or general information brochure. - Additional authorizations, if there are co-applicants. - Steps your organization would take to publicize any grant that might be received from the Foundation. - Signatures of the Chief Volunteer Officer and the Senior Staff Person indicating authorization of the application by your organization’s Board of Directors.
4. Deliver 2 complete copies in person, or by mail (NOT BY FAX) to the Foundation office. Late applications will not be considered.
